What did he do? I haven't heard.
Tax evasion - I think he had some 41 million in unreported income and also reported some 12MM in refunds. The idiot altered his tax return with a computer program so instead of saying "under penalty of perjury" where you sign at the bottom of the return it stated "under no penalty of perjury" ... guy is a freakin idiot.
